15-Day Return Window: You may return unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Products with broken seals, opened packaging (for hygiene reasons), or items showing signs of use are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@dealhunters.store. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Process:

1. Contact customer service at contact@dealhunters.store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Ship the product to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method (customer pays for return shipping unless the item is defective).
3. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for returned electronic products if the original seals are broken or packaging is opened.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
